Brewery equipment manufacturing details:
Mirror Polishing
1. Inside Polishing: Overall polishing to 0.2-0.4μm without dead corner .
2. Outside Polishing: Mirror polishing, smooth enough and passivating treatment.
3. Purpose: The tank itself has high precision and small details of the tanks have to be observed by a telescope.
4. Function: To make tanks become tidy and smooth, beautiful and durable.
100% TIG Welding
1. All welding is TIG welding.
2. All welding is double side welding.
3. Purpose: The use of argon on the protection of metal welding material, So that welding can not be in contact with oxygen in the air, thus preventing the oxidation of welding consumables.
4. Function: Make tanks become durable and strong.
Plow knife/Raker knife
1. Equipped in Mash/Lauter tank, used for storing the wort, and mashing.
2. Stir evenly and fast, to make the wort generate a high concentration.
3.Its operation will be controlled by the motor and the reduciton gear.
4. Based on our brewery formula, filtration will cost 1 hour.
Plate bottom/Filter plate
1. Equipped in Mash/Lauter tank, Laser cutting T-wires, Plate gap: 0.8mm
2. This filter plate is made on a complete stainless by CNC lathe, it is strong, filter fast and leak no grist.
3. Function: Use for Separating wort and impurities.
